Propose a token. It launches only when 100 different wallets pledge 0.1 SOL each. One wallet, one pledge, refundable until quorum. The first hundred are the founders — there is no dev wallet.
A token on QUORUM doesn't exist until a hundred people say it should. Until then it's a proposal and a pile of refundable pledges.
Name, ticker, picture, one line. Your own 0.1 SOL pledge is #1.
Anyone pledges 0.1 SOL. One per wallet. Pull it back any time before quorum.
Pledge #100 triggers the launch. Not 99. Not one wallet with 10 SOL.
10 SOL seeds the pool, LP locked. The hundred get 0.2% each, vested 30 days.
Instead of a dev wallet there are a hundred equal ones. Here's what each pledge turns into, and what the founder fee would pay at a given volume.
| Supply | 1,000,000,000fixed, no mint authority |
| Each pledger | 0.2%of supply (2,000,000 tokens), vested linearly over 30 days |
| The hundred | 20%of supply, all of it vested, none of it early |
| The pool | 80%of supply + 10 SOL from the pledges, LP locked |
| Founder fee | 0.5%of every trade, split equally across the hundred, forever |
| Platform | 0.3%of every trade. Liquidity gets 0.2%. |
Example arithmetic. Volume is not guaranteed and usually falls fast. Not a yield, not a promise.
Quorum counts people, not money. Try pledging twice, pledging from a fresh wallet, or pulling a pledge back.
Every launch mechanism so far rewards the fastest or the richest: snipe the curve, buy the presale, front-run the listing. A quorum rewards nothing except showing up. The hundredth pledge is worth exactly as much as the first.
What the program checks: one pledge per wallet, wallet older than 30 days, pledge is exactly 0.1 SOL. What it can't check: whether a hundred wallets belong to one person. One-per-wallet makes sybils slow and expensive; it doesn't make them impossible, and we won't pretend otherwise.
Refunds are unconditional until pledge #100 lands. After that, the pledge is liquidity and the vest starts.
Fill in the token, review, sign your pledge as #1. Proposals open after the audit — you can prepare yours now and it's saved in your browser.

Solana launchpad with a quorum. A token launches only when 100 wallets pledge 0.1 SOL. One wallet, one pledge. No dev wallet. Pre-launch.
No token until 100 say yes. Propose a token; it launches only when 100 different wallets pledge. The first hundred are the founders.
